Accommodation at Bukalasa Agricultural College (BAC)

Bukalasa Agricultural College provides on-campus Halls of Residence designed to offer a safe, supportive, and study-friendly environment. Hostels are within walking distance of classrooms, workshops, farms, and laboratories—so you can fully participate in BAC’s hands-on learning.

Accommodation is limited and allocated subject to availability. While priority is generally given to new entrants and special-needs cases, all students are encouraged to apply early. Off-campus options are also available around Wobulenzi for students who prefer private housing.

What You’ll Find in the Halls

  • Separate hostels for male and female students
  • Shared rooms with bed, mattress, study desk & storage
  • Common reading rooms & recreation areas
  • Water & sanitation facilities, regular cleaning schedules
  • On-campus security and hall wardens
  • Easy access to catering, ICT labs, library, and sports grounds

How Room Allocation Works

  1. Clear your fees & registration with Accounts/Admissions and obtain a clearance slip.
  2. Room assigned by the Warden based on availability, year of study and special needs (no separate application required).
  3. You’ll be briefed on residence rules and check-in times.

Accommodation charges are listed in the college Fees & Payment Structure.
