BAC and BSZ Wurzen establish agricultural vocational education collaboration

Bukalasa Agricultural College (BAC) in Uganda and BSZ Wurzen in Saxony, Germany, strengthened their cooperation through reciprocal staff and student exchanges in September 2026. The visits gave both institutions an opportunity to learn from each other and identify joint projects.

The exchange was initiated by Katosi Women Development Trust (KWDT) under the Uganda–Saxony Partnership and facilitated by the ENSA Development Policy School Exchange Program. ENSA is a program of Engagement Global gGmbH, commissioned by Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), that supports exchanges between schools in the Global South and Global North.
